Key Responsibilities:
- Packing Operations:
- Oversee the packing of fasteners (bolts, nuts, washers, screws, etc.) based on size, type, and customer order specifications.
- Ensure proper packaging materials (boxes, polybags, cartons, etc.) are used to prevent damage during transportation.
- Labeling and Documentation:
- Ensure all packages are labeled with accurate information, including product details, batch number, customer name, and shipping instructions.
- Maintain detailed records of items packed, quantities, and packaging materials used.
- Quality Control:
- Inspect fasteners for any defects or discrepancies before packing.
- Follow quality standards to ensure products are packed securely and meet the company’s packaging guidelines.
- Coordination with Dispatch:
- Collaborate with the Dispatch team to ensure packed goods are handed over on time for delivery.
- Prepare and organize packed items for efficient loading and transportation.
- Inventory Management:
- Maintain an organized packing area and ensure sufficient stock of packing materials.
- Report shortages of packaging supplies and ensure reorders are placed in a timely manner.
- Health and Safety:
- Follow all health, safety, and hygiene protocols in the packing area.
- Ensure proper handling of heavy or bulky items to prevent workplace injuries.
- Process Improvement:
- Suggest improvements in packaging methods or materials to enhance efficiency or reduce costs.
* Married female, preferably with children, and settled.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in the same field.
* Graduate with excellent communication and follow-up skills.
* Must be staying within 45 minutes of commuting time from our office.
* Should have job stability and not frequent job changes.
* Honest and open to handling personal tasks for the MD.

Responsible for Every Internal & External Audits for the Organization.
To ensure the latest revision documents availability with all the concern areas.
To organize the Management Review Meeting(MRM).
Completion and review of all department data for the MRM.
Setting, review & monitoring of department objectives.
Problem solving by 7 QC Tool or Brain storming.
Verify Control Plan.
Working with operating staff to establish Standard, Systems and procedure
Assessing customer requirements and ensuring that these are met
Responsible for managing the QMS, various certifications , accreditation & calibrations.
Specifying quality requirement of Raw materials with suppliers
Improvement in productivity by reducing waste & non value adding activities
Submit effective counter measure against the problem .
Meeting to share Quality problems and Rejection quantity.
Submit SST plan to process engineer and regularly follow up.
Revision of procedures like APQP, Abnormal condition, Training and Awareness etc.
Undertake personal continuous training and development
Verify process parameters before any customer audit and improve the observed gap
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or management, Engineering or related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in all Microsoft office applications and Customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- 2-3 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in the fastener industry or a related industrial sector.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- In-depth knowledge of the fastener industry, including types of fasteners, applications, and market trends.
- Understanding of the sales process and techniques specific to industrial products.
- Maintain long-lasting relationships with existing customers through exceptional after sales.
- Utilizing virtual meetings to build relationships with the new Customers.
- Processing customers purchase orders and liaising with the Purchase and dispatch department to ensure the timely delivery of ordered products.
- Advising customers on suitable product selection based on their needs & Specifications.
- Creating a sales pipeline to accurately reflect the relative placement of sales prospects in the purchasing process.
- Following up on sales inquiries that are made by potential customers through chats, emails and inbound and outbound calls.
- Setting up face-to-face meetings between potential customers and Sales Head.
- Identify and target potential customers within the fastener industry.
- Address customer inquiries and provide appropriate product recommendations.
- Follow up on quotations and convert them into sales.
- Assist customers with technical queries and provide solutions to their problems.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure satisfactory resolution.
